Hang, tape, mud, sand to whatever level the project needs — Level 3 for textured walls, Level 5 for raking-light areas. We know how to fix settlement cracks so they don't come back.
Tile, plumbing, fixtures — full rebuilds.
Demo, waterproofing (Schluter-Kerdi or equivalent), tile, vanity, fixtures, final caulk. Done properly, your new bathroom outlasts the next three coats of paint.
Floors, walls, backsplashes — precision tile.

Full kitchen renos run $40K+. If your cabinets are sound, restoration costs a fraction. Strip, sand, repair, prime, refinish in lacquer or quality cabinet paint. Looks new without the new price.
Venetian, lime wash, microcement — old-world walls.
Premium finishes with depth no paint can match. Venetian, lime wash, microcement, traditional textured — accent walls, fireplace surrounds, feature areas. Portola, Marmorino, your choice.
